These terms govern use of this website. Use of the Humigo product is governed by the written agreement between Humigo and your organisation; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement takes precedence.

The website

This website is provided for information. We keep it accurate, but the capabilities described here are described as they are built and specified, and the product changes as we ship. Nothing on this website is a warranty or a contractual commitment.

Your account

Access to the product requires an account issued by your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Your data

Your organisation owns the project data it puts into Humigo. We hold it to operate the service, under the terms of your agreement and the privacy notice. You can export it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to attempt to circumvent its access controls, or to disrupt its operation for other customers.

Third-party names

Primavera and P6 are trademarks of Oracle Corporation. Microsoft Project is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Asta Powerproject is a trademark of Elecosoft. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms. Humigo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. These names are used only to describe file formats and systems Humigo works with.

Liability

This website is provided as it is, without warranty. Our liability in connection with the product is set out in your organisation's agreement with us.
