FAQ

Before you
talk to us.

How does a pilot work?

You import your current programme and run Humigo alongside your existing scheduling tool on a live project. Your existing workflow continues uninterrupted. If the system earns the switch, your pilot data — programme, history, configuration — carries straight into production. If it does not, you export your data and leave.

How does migration work, and who owns our data?

You own your data. Migration from tools like Primavera P6 starts with an XER or MSPDI import — activities, logic, calendars, resources, baselines, and codes transfer with full fidelity. Enterprise customers receive dedicated migration assistance to map project structures and coding dictionaries. You can export the full programme at any time.

Where is our data stored?

Primary project data resides in India on AWS Mumbai infrastructure. Any processing that occurs outside the primary region is disclosed in your contract. Enterprise agreements can include custom data residency and deployment terms.

Can our security team review the platform before we commit?

Yes. We provide architecture documentation, tenant isolation details, encryption posture, and access control configuration for your team’s direct review. We have not yet completed SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and are transparent about where our security posture stands today.

What happens to our existing programme files?

Your XER and MSPDI files import with full fidelity and remain exportable at any time. Humigo does not alter or lock your source files. If you run a parallel pilot, your existing scheduler continues to operate from its own files — nothing is at risk.
