Conditions of Contract — Part 2

12.2 The Contractor shall submit shop drawings for all

mechanical plant within 28 days of the Commencement

Date.

12.3 The Employer shall give the Contractor access to

Level 3 of Tower B within fourteen (14) days of issue

of the slab pour certificate for Level 2. Chiller units

specified in the MEP Specification §7.4 carry a

manufacturing lead of fourteen (14) weeks from

approval of shop drawings.

12.4 Where access under clause 12.3 is not given within

the stated period, the Contractor shall be entitled to

an extension of time under clause 44.
