Privacy

This notice explains what data Humigo holds, where it is held, and what we do with it. It covers both this website and the Humigo product.

What we collect

From this website, we collect only what you send us: the details you enter in the demo request form — your name, work email, company, role, current scheduling tool, project count, and any message you write.

Inside the product, we hold the project data your organisation puts there: programmes, documents, activities, progress updates, evidence, and the events that record changes to them. We also hold account records for the people your organisation invites, and an audit trail attributing each change to the account that made it.

Where it is held

Primary project data resides in India, on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Mumbai region. Where any processing occurs outside that region — including inference by third-party model providers — the locations are disclosed in your contract before you sign it.

How we use it

We use demo request details to contact you about Humigo. We use product data to operate the product for your organisation: to compute schedules, interpret documents and site updates, and maintain the project record.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use one customer's project data to train models for another customer.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the service: our cloud infrastructure provider, our model providers for document and message interpretation, our email provider, and the messaging platform through which site updates arrive. Each processes data on our instruction only. The current list is available on request and named in your contract.

How long we keep it

Project data is retained for as long as your organisation holds an account with us, and is exportable at any time. On termination, data is deleted according to the schedule in your contract. Demo request details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where your organisation is the customer, some requests are directed through them, since they control the project data.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The product sets the cookies required to keep you signed in.
